Eagle Cap Eats is a food truck court and taphouse. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for food truck owner’s and operators to have access to the best location, atmosphere, marketing and teamwork. We want our food truck operators to be as successful as possible. We provide the framework and the opportunity and you provide the fantastic food!

Eagle Cap Eats is located in arguably the most visible location on the main road as you come into Wallowa Lake Village near Joseph, Oregon. In the summertime most of the visitors are walking up and down the streets and we are located within easy walking distance of not only the State Park but almost all of the private residences in the village.

Below facts do not include approximately 350 private residences, 200 private RV camp spots and around 80 motel rooms that are located in the Wallowa Lake Village.

Yes, contact us now to get in first! 2024 will be the first year that ECE is operating and now is a great time to get in on the ground floor. There will only be 6-8 trucks that will be allowed to join and successful trucks will be invited back year after year. Truck mix will be managed closely to eliminate direct competition. No two pizza trucks for example.

Our goal is to offer a consistent, although seasonal presence at Wallowa Lake, so while there is not a monetary commitment to get started we do ask that you be willing to commit to be open and serving 7 days a week for the summer season. We also expect the highest quality of cleanliness, food quality and customer satisfaction.
